Mermaid Soft Play Hire for Parties and Celebrations

When most of the guests are still little, the entertainment needs to be planned with them in mind. Our Mermaid Soft Play gives toddlers and younger children their own place to crawl, move around and explore, while bringing a colourful underwater theme to the party at the same time.

Available for celebrations in Glasgow, Paisley, Barrhead, East Renfrewshire and surrounding areas, it's an option for parents who want something specifically aimed at their youngest guests rather than trying to make a larger inflatable the centre of every party.

Give the Smallest Guests Their Own Party Space

At a family celebration, toddlers can easily find themselves surrounded by entertainment intended for bigger children. A dedicated soft play area changes that. The Mermaid Soft Play creates a separate activity zone using soft, padded play pieces that little ones can explore at their own pace.

That makes it particularly relevant for first birthdays and other occasions where babies, toddlers and young children make up a large part of the guest list. It can also be included alongside entertainment for older children when you're planning for several age groups.

Under the Sea Without Taking Over the Whole Venue

You don't need to turn every part of the room into an underwater scene to have a mermaid party. The themed soft play can establish the idea within the children's play area, leaving you free to use your own decorations, tableware, cake and other details elsewhere in the venue.

Its mermaid and underwater styling makes it a natural choice for sea-themed birthdays, but the equipment can equally be hired simply because you want colourful soft play for younger children.

What Sort of Celebrations Could It Work For?

Think beyond the conventional children's birthday party. Mermaid Soft Play can form part of the entertainment for occasions such as christenings, naming ceremonies, baby showers and larger family gatherings where young children will be attending.

For these events, the soft play doesn't have to dominate proceedings. It can provide a clearly defined children's activity area while the rest of the venue is arranged for food, seating and the other parts of the celebration.

Hiring Mermaid Soft Play for a Hall

If you're holding the party in a community hall, function room or another indoor venue, plan the room before deciding where everything will go. Allow for the play equipment itself as well as the other things you'll need, such as tables, chairs, food and space for guests to move around.

It's worth checking the usable area rather than relying solely on the venue's overall dimensions. Stages, fixed furniture and other features can all reduce the amount of practical setup space available.

Have Older Children Coming Too?

A toddler-focused area doesn't mean the entire party has to be soft play. If older children are attending, you can build the entertainment around different age groups.

One option is to pair the soft play with our 3D Mermaid Bouncy Castle, keeping the same theme while providing a separate inflatable activity. Alternatively, browse our wider bouncy castle range if you'd prefer to mix themes.

Our party packages and party extras provide further options when you're putting together a larger booking.
